"Even though I scheduled my stay weeks in advance, when I arrived, what I had requested and pre-paid for was changed. Even though I was traveling alone, I was told that I was upgraded to a larger room. But this was a very dark basement room with an additional bunk bed. It was so cold and the heat took hours to reach a point when I cold remove my coat. There was not a comfortable chair in the room; just cheap plastic chairs.
