“We did not receive housekeeping our entire stay. We had to go downstairs to get towels everyday and the housekeeper was on our floor. On Friday the hotel did not have hot water, the ice machine was broken on the 1st floor, the hotel had a weird smell, the ironing board was broken and broken my nail. We paid over $600 for a 3 nights stay and it was not worth the money.”

“Staff is very nice. location is excellent. Room was very clean. no issues.”

“I got a different room from what I booked from the beginning. Also the room was very small as I expected, there is no much room for suitcases. Breakfast is okay, staff okay but not providing too much information.”

“The staff were nice and helpful. However, the hotel is dated and the sofa rollout bed mattress had stains on it and was on need of replacement. They assigned us a room with a handicapped shower that we didn’t require or requested. I would have rather the room be reserved for someone who needed it. This was my first visit to a Best Western hotel and the only way I would stay to another Best Western hotel if it was a last resort. At best my rating for this hotel is a 2 rating.”

“Air conditioner worked very well. Room and bathroom was clean. There were no compartments or shelves in the shower to sit soap or shampoo bottles on. Valerie at the front desk was friendly and very patient with the people that were not so nice to her while waiting for their room.”

“The waffles were good. It was close to nearly everything. Staff at front desk were rude. Room cleanliness was average. For a very last minute booking on a holiday weekend, it suited its purpose.”

“The view of the boats on the water was the only good thing about the stay. I stayed in room 222 and it had a bad musky mildew smell and the floors were nasty my feet got black just walking around for 30 minutes.”

“When we arrived there was a wait for them “put towels in the rooms.” Emphasis on that. Ourselves and several other travelers had to wait almost an hour and a half for house keeping to supposedly put towels in the rooms.. let’s be real here, (the rooms still needed to be cleaned..)When we finally got in the room the bed wasn’t even made! The “towels” and other clean linens were “just thrown on the bed for us to make it ourselves!” They’re were oversized mosquitos in the room and the tub was still...

“Beds and pillows were hard and the parking is across the street but not bad walk. Make sure you check the room you booked after booking to make sure it's correct. The slide was out but the staff was very friendly”
