Hotel itself was good just in ab isolated area making it appear sketchy. The other residents were unsavory and I was asked multiple times by staff to leave a positive review ( I think because so many are negative), but it was fine for me being solo and an adult . Staff was great though

The building and rooms were fresh and clean. The lighting in the room was poor. The elevator made a terrible noise when it went up. I did not like being charged $3 for booking online.

I am traveling nurse and always have to move as my contract. This was one of my best stay so far. I was here for 4 months contract. Had great stay, Friendly staff, very secure hotel, will be definitely back. Will recommend this to all my fellow nurses who are looking for clean, reasonable prices, room comes with kitchen great homemade meals.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean. The service was terrible and people were loud in the hallway all night until 2 am. Doors open and tv was loud.

We had a pleasant stay. We booked for 8 days but we just stayed for 4 nights and we were out in the day so we forgot to take pictures. The hotel is clean and quiet, and our room was cozy and I love the big refrigerator and microwave. It is comfortable for a family of four. What we found amazing and remarkable was the efficient, friendly and dynamic virtual staff, Krystal, who assisted us in the whole check-in process. She was not only patient and kind, she also swift and generous. On site, there was Dave, who personally makes sure your stay is ยซย perfectย ยป. We will probably book here again when we visit North Aurora.

Positive: staff helpful. Room clean. Parking lot well lit. Affordable. Negative: Bathroom door would not close. One pillow on bed. Toilet needed multiple flushes. No breakfast. Elevator out of order. Not close walking distance to restaurant.

When we arrived after driving 13 hours they said they were sorry but the had over booked and we had to wait for her to find a room they wanted to give us a one bed room.there is 4 ppl staying in that room that is why i booked the home town studio then she came back and tell.me we are going to upgrade us to red roof room so how is that an upgrade if the home town studio much bigger and at the end they gave us a two bed room but the light in the bathroom was not working so they came and took the drywall out because they had a flood and mind you not they had construction going on and i didn't get compassionate oh i was told to get a water and candy

Though the staff was friendly, the room left a lot to be desired. The lighting was extremely poor. There were no hooks in the bathroom and very little counter space. The 2bath towels were very thin.
