“The staff was most helpful however we were placed on the third floor which was quite an effort to get the luggage up and down the stairs. I would suggest a personal phone call to the management prior to arriving to notify them of any special needs instead of booking through a third party such as Expedia. The food was excellent and I would highly recommend staying here. ”
