“Staff needs to be a bit more hospitable ”

“Food was unavailable when on menu, subs as well. Food quality was good but lacking flavor. Spa service not available when booked. Couldn’t see the studio and no follow up from staff about seeing or using it. Beautiful and quite definitely relaxing. Close to many thing to do. ”

“Princess Senses Mangrove -adults only is a beautiful resort. Great ocean and pool views from our room. The staff are friendly. It was nice to have transportation from the lobby to our building. Many restaurant options but get there early bc some restaurants get busy bc guests from the other resort eat there too. ”

“I was really looking forward to stay in this hotel since the pictures looked so nice. Place looks exactly the same as how it looks on picture. As soon as i entered the hotel, workers greeted me with welcome drink. Whole resort is just so nice. I strongly recommend getting spa massage here.”

“Hotel seems to be lacking staff as they were very slow or unable to respond to requests eg. we never go the towels refreshed the last day due to some shortage. The retaurants closed early and didn't have food. We were given a reservation at 9:45 pm and on arrivan were told by the staff that we should have come early.”
