“Customer service is top of the line! I wanted to change my room type and when they had an opening, they contacted me and I was able to change smoothly. I enjoyed my swimout and the food was excellent. My family truly enjoyed our time in Jamaica!”

“The room was pretty; however, the loveseat was torn and unusable as a pull out bed. We didn't need it for that, but for those who would need it, a no go. We even spoke to a lady who was snorkeling that said hers was torn also and that it took 4 hours for her to get sheets for it. That they just kept telling her to call back when her kid only wanted to go to bed. I understand that the staff need to do their best to sell you things, that is understandable. “View was great, staff was great, but had water leaking in my room the last two days of stay which cause engineering to come to my room about 10 times while I attempted to sleep. Wasn’t offered any accommodations or refunds for the issues. Left a bad taste right before leaving”
