“The pool was absolutely disgusting. We’ve never started anywhere that has had a pool so gross. Things were floating around. Clumps of white and brown stuff everywhere. Hallway floors were stained and not vacuumed. Hair balls on the floor. We will never stay here again.”

“The hotel is getting old, everything was clean. But the vents in our room were visibly full of dust, Our AC unit made lots of squeaky noises.”

“We were given a room and two keys. Went to the room, opened the door and it was full of girls and mom's dressing for a wedding or something. Very uncomfortable for all, me and my 13 year old son included. And worse yet was the front desk attendant was rude, not apologetic and we had to carry all our luggage back up front from the back end of the hotel. We did get moved to a room with a better view, but still..... We also had a view of police raiding a homeless camp. That was interesting,...
