"I have always like Embassy Suites. However, there was construction that was not on their website. I went a second time too look after the attendant at the check in shared the information with me and not in a positive or supportive manner. I took pictures of the website with no mention of the construction work. Then there were no amenities- no pool, no hot tub nor gym- everything was being renovated- so upsetting. I should have given them a 1 for amenities."

"Overall this place did tick off all of my boxes: free parking, nice pool and hot tub, free breakfast and it’s directly next to the airport. But it’s in an older building with poor lighting in the hallways, the property itself feels like a maze and not easy to navigate, and my “suite” was bare minimum, a lot different than it was portrayed in the photos. It was clean and got the job done though."

"Everything was just ok with the exception of the beds. They were hard as a rock and neither party slept at all, will have to see a chiropractor now. Complained to the staff and she said ' OH, I'll let management know'. I doubt it and nothing was accomplished. Will not stay there again, sorry to say..."
