"The beds were creaky, worn out, and VERY uncomfortable. We had a "suite" with a kitchenette that contained ZERO kitchen supplies - no silverware, glasses, dishes or pots - What's the point? No ice machine and when I asked the clerk she said "you have ice cube trays in your room" which didn't help because they weren't filled but I'm sure the next person who rented the room was happy to have the ice I made and couldn't use. You had to ask for a hairdryer, no breakfast, pay to rent a coffee pot if you wanted coffee. The next night I stayed at a Motel 6 which was comfortable and had everything I needed for $30 less per night. Not what I would expect from a supposedly higher caliber motel chain."
