“The toilet was plugged up easily and almost overflowed. I had to do the repair myself and then return the plunger. The key cards works about 25% of the time and I had to get replacement eventually because I couldn’t even get into my room 😡 it would’ve been better, if I had been dealing with a helpful and friendly staff member. That was not the case. It’s the first stay in a long time that I regretted.”

“DO NOT STAY HERE! (My personal experience) No one was there and had to use ring camera to check in. Keys to rooms were available without any security (basically out in the open for anyone to grab). First room had residue where soaps are located (second did too). Blood on sheets. Was relocated using other keys located on entrance. It was even worse. It was a non refundable. Blood on pillow case, coffee straws and trash on floor. Complained all for nothing, she said they were clean and stains...

“On the phone service was good and the people were nice , unfortunately the room was very small besides the restroom was an okay size , the only spot to hang up clothes in the picture, no where to sit , floor was extremely dusty that my white socks got black after barely walking around and unpacking, no closet or iron, thatclearly not cleaned throughly enough , their pictures they put are misleading.”

“This is the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in, by far. Upon entering the room it was easy to see the place isn’t kept up or cleaned very well at all. Dirty handprints on the walls everywhere, dirt all over the floor, the water pressure in the shower was worse than a pinched off garden hose, there was a hole in the subfloor beneath the linoleum that felt like we were going to fall through into the room below us, and dry blood on the curtains and door handle to the balcony. “It used to be a La Quinta now it's becoming a days inn. The owners are trying very hard to get the place up to speed. It's just not there yet in August 2026. Check in was by a tablet on a stick, scan your id, insert your credit card. Therefore, when I found there was no shower curtain in my room, there was no staff to call and get one.
