The bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. I suggested they add a magnifying mirror and staff said this was in the plans. Two staffers at the desk were very friendly and accommodating. The third was distracted. "

"Some things in the room definitely needs updating, ceiling tile was taped up and falling apart. The toilet seat was falling apart. But the room smelled and looked clean. A smoke free room was very important to us and that’s what we got. Staff were friendly. The only thing I give one star to is the breakfast. You have no options. The waffle maker was nice but we had to hunt down the batter and there was a worker in the adjacent room that was just watching us and not offering help when we were clearly confused. "
