"The door to the bathroom was beat up like someone tried to kick it down and it don’t close all the way which was very disappointing. The staff was friendly at check in. The air conditioning sucked, it did not stay on and the room was very warm as a result. The bathrooms off the lobby were a mess and didn’t set a great tone for the stay going forward. The location was great, the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. But the bathroom door and the plates wall from the shower to the room were both less than desirable. "

"No microwave in the room, had to pay for wifi, pool was smaller then expected. Didn't have a wow experience 😕"

"The website says the hotel offers Valet, it does not, apparently hasn’t since Covid… we just waited for someone to help with bags and to take the car, we had to go inside to find someone. The hallways walking to the room smelled, the room was updates in the main room, bathroom needs some updates and the mini fridge stunk like mold. The lobby is beautiful and the bar was nice too. "

"Breakfast was bland, cups, plates, forks not clean. Housekeeping didn’t clean rooms property, wasn’t made aware roof top wasn’t open if that was the case I would have never booked. Staff poorly communicated late checkout guidelines. "
