"When we checked in on 3/5, they had NO WATER. They moved us to another room, but the water went out there too. We ended up going to another hotel....staff was horrible. Lola tried to make it right....but it was too late "

"The airport arrived promptly. The first room assigned did not have a working toilet. We packed up and moved to another room. Which had a broken tv and fridge. Then moved to a third room which was decent. Breakfast was very basic. Staff tried to be helpful but overall not a good stay. "

"This hotel is very rundown and is in need of serious renovations. The 1st room that I was given was still dirty. Wet towels in bathroom, trash in the trash can, dirty carpet and an oder. Staff was friendly and gave me a new room right away. This was on a higher floor so I guess they assumed it would be better. Wrong. While it was up to their standards of clean, it was very worn down. Ceiling failing apart and water leaking every time the shower is on. Carpet stains galore, dirty lamp shades and the AC was so loud that it sounded like an unbalanced washing machine. I had to leave it off the entire 3 day stay. I will not stay here again and I do not recommend unless you don’t care about the things mentioned. I travel monthly domestic and/or internationally and this the first negative review that I’ve had to make in years. It was that bad. "

"Inattentive valet service, original room was not clean, very dirty shower area. Loud party going on a couple doors down. Food average. Solid front desk staff, friendly. Not worth the premium"

"The breakfast was great the staff had a good selection the eggs were cooked the way I like it. You don’t normally get good eggs at a hotel breakfast. "
