“Neat historic hotel, but our room 311 had no air conditioning and the window didn’t have a screen on it. A few great places to eat and drink within walking distance of the hotel.”

“The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Tucumcari, New Mexico, USA was fantastic! Check-in was easy, the staff was kind and knowledgeable, and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious in the morning, and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. I would recommend staying at this Marriott and will do so again when I travel. Great job, Marriott!”

“We couldn't believe how spacious this apartment was! Kristi, the manager, communicated with us before and during our stay, and even had a welcome basket with goodies waiting for us in the kitchen. Our unit had a great living room, full kitchen, bedroom with two big beds, and pull-out sofa. And TWO full bathrooms. After a long day of hiking, it was just perfect for the three of us. We fully recommend High Plains Lodge!”

“Property was under renovation which was Not disclosed when booking, it was dirty, disorganized, smelly, and looked abandon from the outside. The room was dated, the shower floor was discolored and looked so dirty. The shower leaked water everywhere. ”

“The good...Check in was easy and fast. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The bad...Got to our room (124) and it had a odor emanating from the bathroom. As long as the bathroom door was closed it was no issue. The room down from us had two dogs that were left alone and were barking non stop. The tv volume would only go as low as 10. The hvac was LOUD and the way the room set it was only 3 feet from the foot of the bed.The bathtub mat had significant mold on it. At check out, I...

“The staff member that greeted us was very friendly, we were pleasantly surprised that our room was newly renovated and clean in the shower was awesome! The parking lot was very well and it felt very safe. Also, the breakfast in the morning was a nice solid continental breakfast and we were really happy with the offerings. Great hotel for the price. ”

“We saw 5-6 cockroaches running around as soon as we got in the room. We asked for another room but none were available, so we asked for a refund and went to another place.”

“Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was hard to work and didn’t get hot for quite a few minutes. Breakfast was mid - they had waffle mix and a waffle iron, which was great. But pretty much all carbs except a few apples. No other fruit or yogurt. ”

“The guest clerk was very nice and courteous. We were greeted with a nice hot breakfast. Parking was well lighted, and we saw there was cameras throughout the property. Our room in the other hand, the dead bolt lock was broken, the tub didnt drain, and we didnt have linen. We did receive linen once i reported it and they did put a work order for the lock in for the next day. We were able to put in a temporary fix for the lock.”
