"Overall it was a great family getaway. The buffet meal plan was good except when it seems they were unstaffed properly they didn’t have good table options or were a little snobby at front door. The pool they made you get out an hour before the actual end time to have the pool available. The place had a good amount of activities for kids and families that you didn’t have to pay for. The meal plan for lunch was a great price except the way to order wasn’t explained correctly at check in and it was confusing the first day. But for most part it was good the room was roomy but some people have no respect for quiet time."

"Decent place to stay. I was contemplating before booking as there were not many reviews about this property compare to the other properties around. Price range is pretty good for what you get. Their amenities aren’t that many, but their heated pool was nice to have and I enjoyed my time swimming there. My room was clean except one spot near the door, where it’s hard to miss. It was disappointing to see that because everything else was clean and well maintained. Restroom was nice, but only complaint I can say is that water pressure for shower was a bit weak. Nice hotel lobby. All staffs were professional and welcoming. Their restaurant within the hotel had mixed up reviews, but their breakfast menu was decent, but there is room for improvement. If I visit Pocono again, I’d coming back to this place."
