둘 다 부끄러움이 많은 편인데 쉽게 다가 갈 수 있는 분위기를 만들어 주어 좋았습니다.
위치도 서비스도 모두 좋아서 다음에 런던에 오게되면 또 다시 들리고싶은 곳이예요.”
“Liked the location. My room was excellent. Good breakfast options: toast, croissant, etc. liked the elevator. We went on trains/Metro and buses with plenty of bus stops. My rating is 10/10.”
“패딩턴역에서 가깝고 평점이 높아서 예약했고, 총 5박 했습니다. 그런데 2박 이후부터 방에서 하수구 냄새인지 이상한 냄새가 계속 나고, 방 청소도 제대로 해주지 않았으며, 심지어 타월 교체도 제대로 안 해줬습니다. 변덕스러운 날씨와 함께 런던에 대한 기억이 별로 좋지 않게 되었습니다.”
“If you’re just looking for a good quiet place to lay your head that’s in a convenient location, I highly recommend this place here. Doesn’t have a ton of great amenities but it’s quiet, comfortable, and so close to the tube but not in a noisy way. ”
“Third time this year for this hotel. This time for two weeks with my husband. He did not like our room, nothing to do with the room, rather he did not like an open plan. room. Lovely person, Molka, went out of her way to accommodate us and change our room. The second member of staff who always make my stay better was Shokh. He could not do enough to make us feel welcomed. Great hotel and good value.”
"숙소 방이 엄청 많다더니 진짜 많고 미로처럼 방 찾기 어려웠음. 그러나 교통편 너무 좋고 도보 5분거리에 테스코, 러셀스퀘어역이 있고 대형 웨이트로스,부츠,게일즈,홀랜드앤베럿이 한군데 모여있는 쇼핑몰도 도보5분거리다. 무엇보다도 직원들 모두가 친절해서 정말 좋았음. 아이와 가는 여행이라 비싸지만 호텔을 선택했는데 아이도 만족했고 매트리스에 토퍼가 있어 푹신하고 좋았다. 비싼 영국호텔에서 가성비 갑인 호텔이다. 적극강츄함"

I never feel bad experience but now I got it..

"Parking is paid and costs about 90 USD for 2 nights. Payment must be made through an app like epark. I remember the bike rental fee being 27 USD per day. The bikes are difficult for beginners to ride. The staff’s attitude was unpleasant when I requested a refund for the bike rental. Check-in is very slow. Like at a bank, you have to take a number and wait more than 15 minutes, and you also have to take another number and wait again just to make inquiries. The key oaks check-in couldn’t find my reservation information and kept asking for a lot of information like my address, but ultimately the check-in failed. The bathroom in the room is extremely small and can barely accommodate one person. There are only 3 disposable body wash packets, and once you use them all, you have to pay to buy more. When you open the windows, it’s very noisy, and when you close them, it’s hot. Overall, this is a place I do not recommend."
