"Room smelled amazing when we arrived. They let us check in early since our room was ready! Very nice staff. Views from room were AMAZING!!! My wife has never seen a beach or ocean In person, so this was an amazing experience for her. She fell in love with Pensacola!!"

"the hotel itself was really good, very clean ,staff was excellent, the only thing was the fee for the parking, was $50.00 per day at the Valet or $35.00 for self parking, but if you have a handicap is $35.00 per day.Also the chairs at the beach were $50.00 for two chairs and onr umbrella, I did not know these addtional fees. I think for such a good hotel parking shall be free and the umbrellas and chairs as well."

"Honestly , this was the best hotel experience I have ever had!! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great and we were able to have our dogs there. The only person who was rude was a lady named Shan. She had major attitude and they also didn’t clean the room the three days we were there and never refilled the towels but overall 8/10. I would stay there again if I were to visit Destin."
