"Beachside is an older hotel and it is starting to show its age. The carpet, couch and chairs need to be replaced in 706. The beds are comfortable. Our bathroom needs a deep cleaning. It is away from the crowded part of PCB. Overall I was pleased with my stay. I would stay there again."

"Was a little disappointed in the fact that they did not have a breakfast served tried going to the bar dining area. They did not know how to make a dirty martini. I got no olives and they had no milk in the little food place so that my husband could at least have cereal in the morning before his nine games that he played for three days there. Other than that it was good."

"Beautiful view and sounds as you are right on the beach. Ours was a walk thru room, enter from roadside walk thru to the balcony on the ocean side. Courteous staff. Clean and safe environment. Typical ocean front wear and tear. Priced fair."

"The hotel itself is beautiful. The lobby, pool and grounds were all very nice and felt like a resort. The room however, was a typical Daytona Beach room, old and dated with basic decor and bedding. The bathroom had sand in it so clearly was not cleaned prior to our arrival. There was also sand in the bathtub. Also, for some reason our room never got cleaned the four days we were there. We had to go and get clean towels off of the cart. Parking is $50 per day for valet or $35 per day if you self-park across the street. They also do not tell you that if you prepay that parking and then leave the lot, they do not have to save a spot for you. So, if you come back and they are full you have to find parking elsewhere and then request a refund. We were there for Biketoberfest so parking is a premium and we specifically got there a day early to ensure we had parking set up etc. We had a motorcycle and a truck, so we paid $20 per day at the hotel for the bike and $35 per day for the self-park lot for the truck not including fees, tax etc. Overall, we had a great time, and I would recommend this hotel for the grounds and location. You can't beat the location for Main Street. The beach was also nice, and the boardwalk has things to do nearby, I would stay here again."

"I had a room with the small kitchen. There was zero supplies in there. Which is weird before I always get rooms with the kitchens and there’s always supplies. The room is a bit out dated but it was nice for what we paid. Overall we enjoyed our stay."
