Northern Florida, Florida hotel rooms at the Wyndham Extra Holidays

"Room was spotless, 2 big elevators with safety features that only with the card can bring you to your floor. Variety of breakfast items. Only thing was to pay for parking in the building across the street that was extra and not included in the price on Expedia. GREAT LOCATION! Walmart, McDonalds, Target, Ross, and many more are 5 minutes away. The hotel has direct beach access with a nice lounging area. It seems it is pet friendly, as I saw lots of dogs in my floor."

"While not fancy, everything was modern, up to date, in great condition, and clean. The food and service in the restaurant was excellent and very reasonably priced. More of a really nice motor inn than a resort though! "

"Everything about this property was wonderful. The room was large with plenty of storage areas, a kitchenette and shades to darken the room and it was always quiet. The pool is heated and there are lovely areas to sit around outside including a gas firepit which was lit every night. It's a quick walk to the beach where there are bathrooms and steps/ramp. The lobby is spacious, with coffee available 24/7. The staff are friendly and accommodating. I will definitely stay here again! "
