켄터키 북부 아파트식 호텔

“It should be noted this is an apartment complex. There is a front desk but were dismissive when I mentioned the fact my room was not ready. The management company who rents units out for travelers is different from the company who owns and operates the building. When I arrived, the maid had no idea the unit was being rented out that day, so I had to wait 45 minutes beyond the advertised check-in time. As I communicated the issue with the management company via text, I couldn't tell if I was...

“The large 3 bedroom apartment worked under our circumstances but there were many problems. Getting access to the building on the day of arrival was tedious and took almost 45 minutes--the access codes did not work, and calling for assistance took many tries. And late in our weeklong stay, we started receiving messages about NOISE complaints which was NOT us! Too many calls and messages about this, very annoying. “The host was very attentive and understanding.”

“The code to get into the facility would not work. I had to make a phone call and after three attempts finally got in the facility. Then the code to open my guest room door did not work. I was still on the phone with I think was an AI representative and after three attempts at opening the door, all of which failed the keypad ceased to operate. So I had no choice, but to leave the hotel has refused a refund.”

“Perfect location and room was great!”

“We love staying at this location when we come to Louisville. It’s a great apartment that is conveniently located. Love the view of the Big Four Bridge at night!”
