"The property is strategically located directly across from the Medical office and the American Consulate. If you tire of being inside there is a large and modern mall next door to walk off a meal. The staff is friendly and helpful and even seem eager to help. For convenience they have a van for drop off and pickup at the Airport. "Beautiful hotel. However, little things could made better. First key card would not open hallway door. Had to go back and reprogram card again ,which is no big deal but more people did show up with same problem. .next, tub was not clean and second day staying it did got clean. No tv. No channel.."

We stayed in room 329 and it took around 8 hours for the room to get a little fresh when we got there the air conditioner thermostat was at 61 F but the air was just verily fresh, my husband called the front desk and they instructed us to rise the temperature at 69 which we did, later on, somebody from maintenance came to our room to check on the a/c and change the temperature to 70 and said that because...
