"I have absolutely no complaints! Staff was friendly. The hotel lobby and entire room was spotless! The decor and just overall hotel had good vibes. Loved the balcony and the large tvs in the room. The hallway was quiet and I never heard my neighbors. The restaurant was expensive but very tasty food. I would absolutely stay there again and I would recommend to others!!"

"Hotel was just across the street from the Springfield Mall (not really walkable though). It was just under 2 miles to the Metro line. Breakfast was good. Everyone was able to find something to eat each morning. Beds were fine, room temperature was good. Bathroom was a bit small. The "closet" for the room was a separate cabinet, which was kind of in the way."

"The property and staff are amazing. Lots to do if you bring the kiddos, the kids camp let's adults relax and enjoy amenities. The one thing the property can work on is the food menu; more variety is needed. The Red Horse Tavern is a 5-minute walk into town and has the best food!! "
