“It was unique, a little hip/funky, beautiful, comfortable and well-situated in the middle of downtown Florence.
I note that I could hear the bar and music, but the bar closed around 10:00, when I went to bed.
It took a little while to get hot water, but then it was fine.
There needs to be better instructions to operate the (useful!) electronic devices & it would help to tell people that registration is at the bar.”
“Checkin was easy! Poor lady at the front desk had been working for 26hrs and had another 24 because there was no one else. She was very kind and gracious even though she was exhausted. I hope her manager appreciates her.
The rooms were nice and clean but the shampoo pumps do not work well.
Margaritas nearby was a plus. ”
“Just a few hundred feet off the highway, lots of parking, beautiful hotel with a wonferful breakfast. The most comfy beds we slept in our entire 2 week vacation across the southeast.”
