"This was a very frustrating stay and not what I expected from a Hilton property.
Our bathroom sink was leaking continuously underneath the vanity, to the point where we had to use towels and a bucket to catch the water for the entire stay. This made the bathroom difficult to use and felt unsanitary. This is a basic maintenance issue that should have been resolved before assigning the room.
While the front desk staff were polite and provided towels and a bucket, the problem itself was never fixed, and we were not offered a room change as the hotel was fully booked. As a result, we had to deal with this inconvenience the entire time.
I appreciate the staff’s effort, but this significantly impacted our stay. I would expect a hotel to either provide a functional room or offer a reasonable alternative. Given the circumstances, I believe a partial refund or compensation is appropriate and would expect management to address this."
