"I loved the staff and how welcomed they made me feel. The hotel is very stylish, clean and easy to find. My one and only minor complaint. The short curtain smelled like mildew and was a dirty. I also think a hotel this lovely should have bathrobes and slippers. Wonderful stay, none the less. "

"Amazing service from everyone we encountered from the front desk to the bartenders. Spacious room. I loved having the hydration stations closeby. Great details for a very pleasant stay. Valet was easy. I am obsessed with the scent in the lobby. The only downside was I felt the hair dryer could be better quality. Did not seem to match the excellence of the rest of the room."

"Well, I was glad I didn't go by the reviews I saw before booking a room at InnTown Suite. I had booked via a 3rd party and as soon as I checked in, the hotel Receptionist said I could pay lesser than what I paid and she immediately applied that. Ann was such a great person and all the other staff as well. It's definitely 5 stars for me. "
