“The manager was great help!”

“First of all, the whole building and unit needs a lot of TLC. Lots of chipped paint, broken lights, jammed balcony door, stained shower tiles, and water damage. We stayed in unit 5 and had a major issue with our room lock. Poor Elisa took the brunt of our frustration, but she was VERY professional and VERY understanding and took care of business. She got the lights fixed and the balcony door unjammed. We are very happy with Elisa. What made up for the short comings of the building/unit was...

“Excellent location. Within walking distance to most sites in the historic district and seldom had to use our car. Free, gated, onsite parking during the stay saved an additional $50/day. Well equipped kitchen, full sized refrigerator and ample seating appreciated.”

“The unit is very nice and spacious. I enjoyed having a kitchen and full sized fridge during my stay. I did not like that the pool was closed and filthy. We were looking forward to enjoying the pool and amenities but that was a huge disappointment. It would also be nice to have more than 2 bath towels and 2 bathing rags during a 3-4 day booking. One roll of toilet paper really doesn’t help either. Instructions for trash pick ups would’ve been helpful. We were just really on our own to be honest....
