“Building is old , needs much repair but room was ok for the brief stay we had just needed a place to shower , rest and go again.”

“Booking through Expedia and the check-in process needs to be fixed. Took about an hour after getting to the property to actually get into the unit. Terrible! The place was beautiful and the value was very good! Please, please fix your check-in process!”

“Everything was perfect. Staff was very friendly and helpful.”

“Our stay was an absolute nightmare and a complete bait-and-switch. The property looks nothing like the Expedia pictures; instead of an apartment building, it turned out to be unmarked townhouses in a private neighborhood. The listed address sent us to a completely different location, and once we finally stumbled upon the right area, none of the units actually had address numbers on them. Worse yet, no one was expecting us upon arrival. After calling customer service to figure out how to check...

“Place is not what is says in the description , picture in website is deceiving, did not give our full refund that was promised by the property manager.”

“Clean room”

“The host is terrible at communicating. Could not get in touch with them at all. My entire experience was awful. Had to find another place to sleep last minute. So inconvenient. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone”
