The donghu hotel is a larger hotel in a historic Shanghai building with restaurants and other amenities. The donghu collection, which is at a different address lacks the charm and amenities of the donghu hotel. It was very confusing and disappointing but is hotels.com's fault for using the wrong address"

"Really great hotel. Breakfast is awesome. Best I’ve seen anywhere in the world. Very central. Close to the Bund , around 20 min walk, and across the road from Metro station. The swimming pool needs to be deeper but clean and well staffed. Would love to stay here again. "
