"HIghly recommend this hotel when in Prague. The location of the hotel is excellent and easy to access the city from, through walking, and close to the metro. The hotel itself was excellent value, the room was spacious and the staff were very friendly."

"We had a great weeks stay here. Yes, the actual room is probably not 5 star but you are not paying 5 star prices. It is cleaned and water, coffee etc replenished each day. The breakfast is amazing! A great mix of stuff including vegan and GF options. We loved the ginger shots. You can even have a prosecco for breakfast! The staff all work incredibly hard. The location is also fantastic. There is an Italian on the corner which is delicious and a food court in the shopping mall 2 mins walk which has a lot of cheap and quick choices for budget meals."

"This was a truly lovely hotel. The staff was kind, courteous and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful. It's centrally located and walkable to so many things, as well as very close to trams and such. The rooms are spacious, the housekeeping is consistent and above and beyond and it was a nice quiet retreat from a day of sightseeing. Highly recommend!"

"Beautiful hotel in a great location far enough away from the old town chaos but close enough to walk everywhere. Convenient to the train station. VERY helpful staff. I’d suggest upgrading to a higher category of room however as their “superior room” is entry level and you can hear/feel vibrations from the streetcar outside that runs 24hrs a day. I let the staff know I barely slept and they quickly and apologetically found a solution. Decent gym and really nice indoor pool as well. Loved it."

"I have mixed feelings about this hotel. Pros: Soundproof. Air conditioning. Helpful staff, big thanks to Vova for solving the issues. Cons: very poor breakfast, menue was not changed for 9 days and very limited options. Terrible bedding - especially pillows and mattresses. Cleaning was done poorly. Location is Ok, not the best. Far from major attractions. This hotel is ok if you are on a short business trip, not on a vacation."
