Чистота, уют, комфорт

Внимательный персонал, предупредительный, обходительный. Завтраки (шведский стол) достаточно разнообразные. Можно так же достойно пообедать и поужинать по меню рублей на 300-400. Ежедневная уборка, полный комплект полотенец, зубная щётка и паста, жидкое мыло, гель для душа, есть возможность погладить вещи. Единственный минус- не очень удобное расположение, до общественного транспорта добираться приходится минут 15. . Общее впечатление - достойный отель, ещё вернёмся, и не раз.

Nicht zentrumsnah, Preis-leistungs-Verhältnis gut

Grundsätzlich hat es uns in diesem Hotel gut gefallen, allerdings ist es wie viele Hotels in Russland sehr schlecht, eigentlich gar nicht, ausgeschildert. Das Hotel erkennt man erst wenn man direkt davorsteht und auch schon mal ein Bild im Internet gesehen hat. Die Umgebung des Hotels ist heruntergekommen. Die Lage kann NICHT als zentrumsnah beschrieben werden. Zwar ist der Hauptbahnhof in 5-10 Minuten zu erreichen aber zum zentralen Platz an der Oper geht man doch mindestens 30 Minuten zu Fuß. Trotz Zahlung vorab über expedia.de wollte das Hotel bei Ankunft eine erneute Zahlung des Preises, was sich jedoch im weiteren Verlauf aufgeklärt hat. Leider ereignete sich der gleiche Vorfall beim ersten Frühstück (Übernachtung mit Frühstück gebucht). Aber auch das konnte geklärt werden. Das Zimmer war neu und in sehr sauberem Zustand, entsprach auch der Beschreibung und den Bildern im Internet. Es gab Bademäntel und sehr viele Handtücher. Frühstück war gut, Eiergerichte wurden auf Wunsch frisch zubereitet.
