"The main building was beautiful, clean and well kept. Our room had dirty sheets, and the shower backed up. The beds were tiny! I called prior to booking the trip to confirm all amenities would be open, the front desk said they would be. The ice cream shop was not open, and the pizza place was open part time. The restaurant food was delicious and the beach was amazing. I probably would not pay the price I did again for our room."

"The entire 2nd floor smelled like Marijuana. Our bed had wrinkled and stained sheets. We checked out 15 minutes after checking in. The place was disgusting."

"The room smelled like mildew and there were layers of dust on top of the bed frames. I was not impressed. A room next to us was open all day and night with no one inside, which made me believe staff was not very attendant. There is no hot tub in the pool and the breakfast spot that is attached is not good. Do not recommend."

"The hotel location is beautiful. The building is well kept and clean. The staff was amazing! We loved our room overall but there were a few minor inconveniences: 1. The shower handle kept getting stuck and was hard to turn off. 2. We went in April and the room got very hot at night. You couldn’t change the room thermostat from hot to cold. So they told us to open the windows, which let a bee inside our room because the windows had no nets. "
