“This hotel is vintage. The rooms are old and if you get the economy room its obvious. Spend the extra if you need more space and a decent view. The restaurants have great service. The breakfast vouchers were a blessing to compensate for poor WiFi. All in all it was a C+ and I was ready to go.”

“Extremely confusing to check in. This is a short term rental, so it does not have any reception area. No filtered water was provided and there was nowhere in walking distance to buy any water. No soaps in the condo. There was zero communication from the owner. If the cleaning lady didn’t help us out, not sure we would’ve found the place. There was zero communication from the owner ”

“Great staff, great food. The beach is beautiful and very peaceful and private. The bungalow rooms have small kitchenettes and very comfortable beds. Very quiet to sleep at night. Great reef to snorkel right off of the dock at this property. Included breakfast was excellent every day. Their restaurant also serves great lunches and dinners till 8pm. Free WiFi is available on the entire premises. Recommend renting a car because nothing is in walking distance from this property. There is no pool...

“This was such a peaceful place to call home during our visit to Roatan. Just a short car ride away from the busier west end/west bay area where we would visit for activities or dining. The Blue Bahia felt extremely safe and everyone was very welcoming. The kids loved the darts, ping pong, and cornhole. Plus they have kayaks to use and the food at the beach grill was some of the best we had all week. highly recommend staying here! So charming and fun. ”
