What stood out about this hotel? THE STAFF!!!! Best part of this hotel stay. Food was hit or miss but the staff was always helpful and courteous.

Room was nice..beds are not comfortable though rooms have very thin walls and you can hear everything in the halls. Staff and drinks are amazing! However the food was just ok.. Riu las americas was way better
