"This week was my first time staying in Arizona. I chose this hotel because I love unique hotels and art… they have it, everywhere. The property and suite itself is very unique. My two biggest complaints and the reason for my very low score are due to two very major issues. I paid for the most expensive room they offered and with 90° temps the air kept going out. In the middle of the night. Instead of move me they fixed it which works for me… but it happened again the night before I checked out. If you’ve ever had the A/C go out you know it literally just blows hot air. The morning I left I mentioned it to the front desk staff that it went out twice he basically shrugged his shoulders because I was checking out. Didn’t express sympathy or even mention a weak coupon or something he could offer for my inconvenience. Second the toilet stopped working twice. The water would just run. But not long enough for me to need to call maintenance. Additionally, although the room was relatively clean they definitely needed to dust better. It felt and looked grimey.
