“We were very disappointed w our room. The dresser had a broken drawer, the bed was ok, nothing great at all, the wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom, and our door wouldn’t lock.”

“From robes and slippers to coffee and ice, they thought of everything! The rooms appear to have fresh renovations with shiny chrome, endless hot water and medium/firm mattresses. Everything was spotlessly maintained, the gardens were beautiful, and for being so close to Portsmouth center, very quaint and quiet. It was a wonderful 2-day anniversary stay!! Thanks Karen!! Walking distance to the excitement at the docks!!”

“The fact that is was next to strawberry bank and precott park were reasons to s t ay there. We attended a play and a concert at Prescott park. It is also a close walk to market square”

“Not what it said it was- no breakfast TV only worked on 1 station, bed extra firm- woke with a sore neck. No one on site for help. M”
