โwe were greeted very warmly and immediately had the feelling that nothing would be too much trouble. Not one single member of staff was unhelpful and, in fact, went out of their way to ensure we were happy. The receptionists were all "doing a proper job" but the main receptionist was born to do that job. She was just lovely. The food was an added bonus.โ
โThe manager and staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, tidy and very welcoming. The food was excellent and I will always remember the steak and ale pie and the sticky toffee pudding. It was obvious it was all made within the hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone heading for Welshpool and the remainder of Wales. Thank you again to all the staff โ
โVi hadde et fint opphold pรฅ hotellet. Veldig service innstilt personal. Fantastisk frokost. God komfort pรฅ rommet, meget gode senger.
Veldig godt renholdt. Mangler air condition , det var trope sommer og veldig varmt nรฅr vi var der, men rommet hadde to portable vifter som hjalp mye.โ
โExcellent stay, Tim and Helen made us feel very welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was well presented with lots of hospitality extras and the bed and pillows were super comfy. Although the breakfast is only a continental (which suited us perfectly) there was a fantastic choice with the addition of lovely homemade bread/toast. Not sure when, but we will definitely be going back there when we're in the area.โ
โApproachable family and dog friendly warm welcome. Clean shower and toilets.
My first experience glamping in a pod in a loveley setting and great view of the hills. Very good value for money. โ
โThe wifi is not great. So if you are planning to have some office work, I recommend take 5G device with you. Vodafone 4G worked for us but if you sit near the window.
The cottage is nice and as advertised. However, 2 things don't do in its favor: 1) The cottage is surrounded by amazing view but the cottage itself has no view ( the windows open to the street and house opposite). It is bit boring if you plan to spend day inside or on rainy day.
2) The Clun itself has nothing much except for...
