"Clean place, nice people "

"Room, bathroom, shower and bedding were all clean. There were lots of towels and more were given when requested. Strong smell of chemicals but that is better than dirty!!! Either there was no fan in the bathroom or it turned on with the same switch as the light and it wasn’t working. Needless to say the absence of a fan left us with some undesirable odours at times and made the room hot after we showered. Front desk and housekeeping staff were kind and accommodating. Pool was beautiful! Parking was safe and convenient. Breakfast was okay — waffles were good, sausage was good, eggs were horrible, milk for cereal was left out and wasn’t cold, orange juice and apple juice from the machine tasted like water "

"Limited food options- only bagels and coffee offered, although a continental breakfast was advertised. I was told I would not be charge for the service dog and that the $50 hold would be reversed the next day. I waited 2 weeks to finally get a refund. When I called the front desk, I was told it should be refunded in a few days and they were waiting on my bank to release the funds. On my 3rd call, I was told I was charged a $50 cleaning fee for the dog hair. I was upset because no one emailed, called, or texted me to inform me that I would not receive my deposit back. I also pointed out that the hotel shouldn’t charge me for a service dog because he doesn’t count as a pet. The dog only ever slept on the floor, never the bed. However- I remember checking the room for dog fur and putting any that was shed into the trash. I thought that was a silly reason to bill someone. They claimed they had to shampoo the carpet, but I felt that was just an excuse to keep my money. Since my dog is a service dog, I bathe and brush him regularly. He is a long-haired white Husky, though, so fur is bound to shed. It was also too cold to swim in the pool, so an inside pool would have been a good option. -Also, only one of the two elevators was working, so that made it very difficult for going to second floor with the dog and the luggage. -The room was clean and comfortable though, and I love the area the hotel is in- quiet and close to several shopping centers and grocery stores. "

"The room was clean, so I really enjoyed that. I do wish they would put lotion in the bathrooms. The gym was nice and functional. I was not a fan of the fact that they don’t offer breakfast at this hotel, and on top of that. There’s no actual bedframe. It’s just to foam things on the bed, so I feel like for the price there would at least be breakfast offered, but instead you have to pay. "

"It smelled bad, the staff were very distant, and for some reason our checkout was at 11:00 a.m. and someone from the staff came to knock on the door at 9:00 a.m. to ask why we were leaving, very bad taste."
