“No TVs in the room made it easy to spend all day in the ocean which is conveniently located very close to the property. The staff were very chill and incredibly friendly. The beds were so comfy and the a/cs worked like a dream for relaxing after a long day of exploring and swimming. Definitely a return customer for life. ”

“The front desk staff were friendly, and I appreciated that the hotel was eco-friendly. Glass bottles were provided in the room so you have to get water from the lobby, and the shower amenities were environmentally conscious, minimizing plastic use. However, there was one major issue. Since the hotel is within 10 minutes of the airport, the loud noise from planes taking off made it difficult to sleep. I recommend flying in and out of Kona Airport instead of Hilo Airport.”
