“The grounds beautiful. But the check in they couldn't find my fully paid reservation, then put a higher amount and wanted me to sign, I said not until rate was corrected. No assigned parking for guests so when ballroom has events park far, the phone in the room not working, the shower pressure and amount of water was designed for a newborn. Definitely not booking here again.”

“Generally, well maintained. The front desk staff last night and when I checked out this morning were very professional and friendly. The bed was super comfortable. Yes, there was coffee to be made in the room, but no coffee downstairs until after 7:00 am - really inconvenient. Most of us need to be way out before that with the traffic on the Palmetto. Nothing to grab and go. I will say, it was very convenient to many restaurants a very short drive away.”

“I will be staying here everytime I go to Miami”

“Excelente hotel y servicio”

“Staff was wonderful. I think it could use some updating on the toilets. Other than that, I enjoyed the stay.”
