This was a very quite peaceful condo to stay at. My family and I enjoyed the week here and often had the pool to ourselves. Our host was great and kept us updated every step of the way.

Having a kitchen and 2 full bathrooms was great, a game changer. It didnt come with an oven but a small microwave oven was provided, which was cool. I loved the patio and the access to laundry if needed. The bummer was the listing saying that there were water views, and we couldn't see anything but the parking lot and huge palm tree. The nightly fireworks show kinda made up for the lack of a view. All in all, good stay, at good place, for a good price.

This is our second time booking this hotel and it was a great spot, however, when we took off the sheets there was a disgusting stain, no idea what it was but we did not like the fact we slept on something that should've been replaced. Some minor hardware issues with the bathroom door and TV being obnoxiously slow, took a few minutes just to get to a certain app while it lagged badly. Compared to last year, this room had significantly limited towels and wash cloths. Couldn't find the indoor pool as well but overall, the hotel is a very great place to stay in just there is some minor things about the room that wasn't the greatest since our last stay. We also liked the fact that the host gave us the room that was closest to our last room, very good spot for me and my wife to stay in. So thank you for placing us there. Laundry room on floor 4 wasn't working correctly, refused to take my card because of network connection some reason so we had to go down a floor to do laundry.

The rooms were comfortable and quite spacious. The kitchen was perfect for our stay, although more mugs and wine glasses would have been appreciated. One of the rooms had a faulty tap. I contacted the owner in the morning and it was fixed the same day. The location is excellent for Universal and an Uber to Disney is reasonable.

The location was great. The room is very small, there were only 4 small towels for a family of 4 for a week. We actually purchased towels, and left them there. There also were no pool towels. The pool area was good. The location and cleanliness are the strengths.

There were several postive points. For the $, the location was ultra-convenient, the pool and hot tubs were nice and not slammed with tourists, making it very enjoyable to relax when not at the parks. The location is very close to Universal Studios and all of the restaurants and entertainment. Our room was basic and could use some painting, plus the balcony was very small, but the view was nice and room was clean and equipped with kitchen and home appliances. There is no maid service, so important to be prepared accordingly.

Our stay at Premium Condos near Universal Studios was amazing! The condo was spotless, modern, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — just minutes from the parks and dining options. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout. We’ll definitely be back!

Great location close to Universal and also near Disney (no tolls to get there). Property buildings are secure and check-in/out was very easy. Two bedroom condo was a good size for a family of four. Each bedroom had a full on suite bath plus a sofa bed in the common room. Full size kitchen only lacked an oven.

Check in smooth and instructions sent promptly Room very let down, run down, most certainly not for 3 people, couch bed not useable as mattress wafer thin felt bars through unable to let child sleep there sheet supplied for this didn’t fit. Bed wasn’t much better as large gap between headboard and mattress which the one pillow given fell through. Bathroom very run down and floor was very damaged not suppled with any floor mat. Towels extremely small and stained. When we requested towels they were sent up but as a one off which we did appreciate. No spare bed sheets to change also requested and was sent as a one off. Wasn’t aware this wasn’t part of the hotel so no cleaning provided for our two weeks stay..Dishwasher a hazard as the unit is not attached to the counter and the whole dishwasher slide out on me. Balcony and the door frame grubby and air con filters badly need changing. Area of condo great pool and foyer area kept very clean and any staff I encountered where friendly and helpful. Just a shame about the room as ideal location.

Room was very clean and modern and at a perfect spot for us, it was quiet throughout the duration until the last day before checkout where a lot of maintenance was happening and guest above us started slamming and stomping around. It was a little agitating to watch TV when everyone in the hotel keeps connecting to the TV and interrupting our show. The hotel has the perfect location for the parks, universal and Disney with only 20 minute drive and 40 minute walk to universal. Hotel is close to a lot of restaurants, gift shops, and other attractions which makes it better. Worth the money, will stay again when we come back to Orlando. Hopefully I can get the same room next time

The room was very nice and had a kitchen. The bed was extremely comfortable. Overall, very clean and cozy with a nice tv. My only issue was when i got there they said i didnt have a reservation even though I received my confirmation and itinerary from expedia saying we were all set. I paid when i booked several weeks earlier. When I called to check, they said the room was not confirmed and would have to pay and additional 298.00 to complete reservation. That was false advertising on the price quoted on their website. Plus I paid for the insurance since it was non refundable, not good to travel 1,200 miles by car to find out this info after they sent an email stating we wer all set for our trip. This condo was owned by a private owner that afvertised on expedia. Wasted several hours and more money that i shouldn't have to pay.

I Stayed here for a week, me and my 7 year old. We had the"luxury condo with a lake view". From my understanding not all units are owned and managed by Enclave hotel & suites, some are individually owned which is what I had. So it seems experience may vary because of that. I am writing this as a single mom, on a budget, and just needed a decent place to lay my head, a kitchen, and to fly home with all clean clothes. I was not looking for a true luxury experience. If you want thay go stay at the universal endless summer place next door. Getting luxury for buget price in a prime location in orlando is unrealistic. I absolutely loved my stay, the bed was comfy. Sure the pilows were not the best but if I didnt have back problems I probably wouldn't have minded it. The kitchen was enough for me to make some meals to save on the budget and there was enough dishes, cutlery, pots and pans and other necessary things to get by, but be ready to buy your own spices and dishwasher tabs( i got small stuff from the dollar tree) I loved the view over the lake and seeing roller coasters and rides peeking out over the buildings. The hallways are outdated as everyone says but honestly i actually liked it, it was charming. I saw people out doing touch ups on doorframes and signs letting us know about planned maintenance on hvac so they do keep the place maintained well enough. Stay away from the indoor pool, it was gross. Outdoor ones were fine though. I plan to stay again when we return
