"We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Salomone. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with every amenity we needed. We particularly appreciated the complimentary coffee and water provided every day.
The hotel has a strikingly modern design, and our two-level room was both elegant and innovative. The lighting and window shutters could be controlled digitally, which added a very nice touch. One thing to keep in mind is that the bed is located on the upper level and accessed by a stylish metal staircase, which may not be practical for guests with mobility issues.
We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Although it is not included in the room rate, it is reasonably priced and offers an excellent variety of high-quality options, accompanied by very attentive and personalized service.
The hotel is also home to a Michelin-starred restaurant for 2026. We unfortunately didn’t have the opportunity to experience it during this visit, but it gives us another reason to return!
The valet parking service was excellent, especially important when staying in Ortigia with a rental car, given the restrictions on driving within the island.
