Entirely filthy, from the carpets in all public areas, to the rooms, bathrooms just deplorable. Barely 1-star motel level, if even. Tear it down and rebuild it. Breakfast is a joke. Staff is ok, it’s only real redeeming quality is the locations, in the heart of rappongi. Everything else screams STAY AWAY.

The only thing that was missing was a shuttle from the train station to the hotel and back to the train station so we could avoid dragging or bags there and back. Other than that, it was excellent!

The only thing good about this hotel is good location. rooms is Okay but staffs were not friendly and not pleasant. They didn’t greet their guests or welcome to their hotel. They didn’t approach me or asking if I need help when I stand there for 10 minutes without asking if I need any help. There were 4 staffs at the counter and they didn’t bother to greet or offer for help.

Location is the biggest strength &weakness
The hotel location is great because it’s in the dotunburi area with a ton of shops, amazing restaurants and it’s close to everything, with a Lawson 2 stores away. The staff are kind and friendly and very accommodating. There is a scale and microwave in the main lobby, which is great, but oddly placed. The bathrooms are fully stocked nicely. However the area at night becomes very different, as it’s literally surrounded by bars and people in questionable outfits. The hotel itself seems a bit old, the rooms are a bit tight if you’re 2 people, let alone 3, and unfortunately they don’t change the sheets even if they got a bit dirty.
