Staff were amazing, friendly, patient and knowledgeable. The room was clean and quiet and breakfast offerings were fantastic. My only issue was the room air conditioning would not work. I did not report it as it wasn’t overly hot in the room; I just wanted more air flow.

LIBER HOTEL OSAKA
Booked room for World Expo and it was SO convenient! Just what my tired feet needed after a LONG day at the Expo. Also the Onsen/Spa was terrific! I went every night even though I was tired because it helped me relax and i felt so much better afterwards.

We loved the room and the space was larger than we expected. It was very comfortable for 5 people for 7 days. We really appreciated the kitchen, laundry, and balcony with a rack for drying clothes.
