"LOVED THIS hotel. Don’t be put off when 1st checking in that you have to go to 11th floor for reception. You cannot beat the location and love that you can take elevator all the way down to vibrant Namba metro station and that on ground level, sheesh every direction you walk is fun, particularly the riverwalk. Breakfast was by far our favorite among other Japan hotels of similar and even higher prices. Rooms super clean and the beds and Duvets simply awesome. My wife is forcing me to buy...

"We were upgraded to the top floor upon our regular room being unavailable last minute due to some renovations or something. Gorgeous balcony and corner views, despite the building not being very tall compared to the towers nearby. Location is decent with a few options for subway access nearby, but could be better, as Dotonbori and other spots are still quite a walk away. "

"5 minute walk from subway which is only advantage of this location, otherwise seems to be in middle of office blocks. Would not stay here again due to location . However, it is incredibly clean, outstanding g service too. Has free happy hour also which is great. 10/10 for everything other than location "
