"The best hotel we’ve stayed in Japan. It’s more like a vacation resort than a hotel. The room is incredibly spacious, and the facilities are thoughtfully designed. Soaking in the private hot spring after a long day of walking, then winding down with a Ghibli movie projected onto the wall, is pure bliss. You can always call the customer service from the room and get responded instantly. I’d like to come back in winter and experience its heated floor."
