“Hotel was under construction. Suite is not recommendable as it seems that 2 single rooms were combined, and hight of room was too shallow. Don't know how's other rooms in tower 1 cuz the Suite i stayed was located old one. In general, service was good anyway.”
“We got two rooms and both of them were always clean, no need to remind anyone for clean towels or toilet paper. Every staff member staring from when we fist arrived which was Sergio was amazing and accommodating. Very close to restaurants and mall. Food is amazing, you can order what you like at any time of the day. If you’re looking for a safe clean place .. you need to consider this hotel and location. ”

“Had a wonderful stay at the NH Cali Boulevard del Rio! Room was perfectly crisp for the summer weather, beds were comfy, and oh so spacious!! Located within walking distance to a lot of tourist hotspots like the Jairo Vaerla Plaza, Iglesia Ermita, Cat Park, La Merced, etc. Also made good use of the onsite gym. Staff was so friendly and helpful, esp with airport car reservations. They even suggested really good restaurants in the area but the coffee here at the hotel in the morning was probably...
