“I have stayed at this hotel several time as it is my favorite hotel in Cali. The view from the room is beautiful and is a constant reminder of being on vacation. There is also a rooftop restaurant which has amazing food and nightlife. All of the staff is polite and attentive. Traveling in taxi to nearby restaurants or attractions is inexpensive and convenient as the hotel is close to everything. ”

“Soy cliente de este hotel y me hospedo por lo menos 3-4 veces al año. Me sorprendió la falta de mantenimiento en este ahora que estuve. El extractor del baño no funcionaba, la zona húmeda del hotel en mal estado y no funcionaba, el comedor con el techo inflado por la humedad, la pintura en la zona del jacuzzi de la zona húmeda en mal estado y así muchos detalles. Espero este comentario sirva para mejorar y la próxima vez que vuelva este en mejor estado, de lo contrario buscaré un hotel que se...
