"Such a wonderful place to stay. Excellent value and very comfortable. Staff were brilliant. Honestly its lovelier than the photos show. Its also incredibly conveniently located a short walk from everything. We stayed in a room with a shared bathroom. What we didnt realise was theres also a shared kitchen area and dining room which was perfect to save a bit of money too. I would highly recommend staying here. "

"EXCELLENT!!! Front desk: Giordana Fato was so kind and gave us precise instructions for going from Santa Lucia Station to the hotel. Always with a smile for helping us. Room: we were at 226 room, it is fantastic!! In a corner, it has an amazing view to the channels, at night it’s like to be inside a postcard sight! "This hotel is in a great location. We were right in the middle of everything we wanted to see while in Venice. The room was very small, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was nice. It was perfect for us as we don't spend a lot of time in a hotel room while traveling so we really just want a comfy bed, safety, walking convenience, and cleanliness. All of these things were checked off! Just note that they only take cash for the tax you pay on arrival. Not a big deal, we just don't carry...

"Overall the property was nice and they were accommodating! My only thing to note, is that it is hard to get ahold of them. I recommend just messaging them over WhatsApp right from the start, as they respond fast there! We also appreciated being able to store our luggage early before check-in and after check-out as we had a later flight that day! "

Our 4 person room was huge but lacked some furnishings such as chairs, trash cans, toilet paper holder, etc. The primary AC was stuck on low for some reason but the second one kept the space cool enough when needed. We asked for a fan but none was brought. The staff is not on site. Even so, the value is great and, compared to others in this price range, it is probably superior which is why the overall rating must be excellent. "

Because I’m planning my wedding, I’ve had a lot of expenses on my card that month, I wish they would have warned me that they would charge the card despite the clear instructions not to. Had to make sure the refunded the transaction once I checked in at the hotel…"

"The cabins were absolutely adorable. Very clean. We were able to get 2 beds. They were fairly comfortable, not the best but for the price it was surprising how good they were! Very very thin pillows, however they’re very long and I was able to fold it in thirds and get it supportive. The campsite is well maintained. Gorgeous pool. Restaurant was good. The shuttle was perfect. €2.50 each way. "

"Room was large and it was really clean. Also have great soundproof walls as we barely hear other guests. A large supermarket and McDonalds nearby with around 8 minutes walk, very convenient when we wanted to cook dinner ourselves using the mini kitchen. Also near to Mestre train station with around 10 minutes walk, surrounded by many different hotels and you can feel that the road is safe "

"Luxurious hotel in the heart of Venice. Service was exceptional as was the daily hot breakfast included in price. Also the boat trip to Murano island was an added surprise included in the price. We stayed 4 days. "
