“on arrival, the property stunk and had bad odour of mice or rats but we did not see any, we found nail clipping on the floor and looked not well cleaned. On the first evening, people arrived at the property and showed us that they also booked the same property and questioned our booking, was awkward and embarcing to my wife and kids. Day 3 while we sat eating we found mice running in the middle of the reception. we left the next morning, one day early. Total miss selling.”

“Not the pictures used to advertise the property. Hair and old guests stuff left behind, odd smell and generally not a nice stay, also right by a building site so lights were everywhere”

“We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at High Cove! The location is fantastic—it is wonderfully quiet, family-friendly, and offers easy access to the North Cornwall countryside while serving as a great base to explore the rest of Cornwall. The only minor downside for us was finding the exact holiday home within the park, as the instructions weren't quite clear. “Brilliant location and home. Faultless and played its part in a brilliant holiday”

“Overall the stay was great. Perfect location for the drive to many close beaches. The lodge was clean and comfortable perfect for a short break. The only thing we would recommend is the number of the lodge and campsite name be added to the booking information as we found it difficult to locate. Other than that thank you for a pleasant stay.”

“Well fitted lounge and kitchen area which was very clean and well presented. Main bedroom was snug, 2nd bedroom would easily accomodare 3 children and bathroom was well fitted but with very temperamental shower. The whole propety was very clean and had the best towells I have ever come across in any accommodation! The Host has given a lot ofthought to guests with a great selection of videos, games and books The garden is sadly very overgrown and the site on which the chalet stands has very few...

“The property was in good order. All facilities. Although a little bit smaller than what it looked like. Suited my family. The worst thing about the stay was the WiFi/ Int ernet. It was appalling . It is advertised as internet being available but we were faced with a letter as soon as we arrived stating we would have to purchase it. Even though one of us purchased it it was very poor and she couldn't access it. Data was also very poor. So we couldn't use the wifi or data as poor connections...

“It's an old building that needs a bit of updating however it's in an excellent location and the staff were super helpful and friendly.”
