“Most clean and friendly Hotel in Europe. I will stay again if I come again in Florence. MANY THANKS TO YOU.”

“very good location!! But little cold inside and the toilet smells little. Too large toilet compare to the room but the shower room was too small. ”

“It's only 1 year old renoveatied hotel, so it's very clean and warm room condition and very spacious bed. We stayed 3 nights and it locates near SMN station and very walkable to tourist spots.”

“This place is extremely difficult to contact. They rarely respond to questions through Hotels.com, and I have never once been able to reach them by phone. Before my stay, I specifically asked whether housekeeping had fixed hours because I needed to work during the day and usually went out in the afternoon. I was clearly told that there was no set housekeeping schedule. However, in reality, I placed the “make the room” tag outside at 2 PM, and when I returned later, the room had still not been...

“The location was excellent, right near the train station and major tourist attractions. The host was very kind and provided helpful explanations, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The view from the balcony was also wonderful. I would definitely love to stay here again if I visit again.”

“Receptionist was kind at the check in. Location was great. Rooms were clean. But there were noisy students at night tried to get some sleep early because we had plans for early morning. There were no managers staying at the hotel after 7pm. I called the number that i received but only one that i heard from is This is emergency number. They will be sleeping at 10pm. Also they told me that i had to handle the issue with them directly. On my experience, no hotel does the way of communication....
