โThis was our honeymoon and the hotel exceeded my expectation. Hotel is adjacent to Forenze S.M.N station so definitely recommend if you are traveling by train. Location is excelleny as it is close to key places to visit such as Duomo, SMN, etc. I was also amazed ny scrambled egg they serve in the morning. Room is in excellent condition. Staff is absolutely friendly. Can't think of a single negative thing about this hotel. I would definitely return should I travel to Firenze again.โ
โCan't beat the location, steps from the train station and a reasonable walk to everything else. Great for day trips. Also, the property is an oasis in the middle of the city since it exists in a quiet inner garden courtyard.โ
โBest of the best. The room is clean and spacious. The bathroom and toilet huge, with two doors providing a complete privacy. During the stay I had a conference call so I had to use a business room. The concierge helped me ALOT with 100% kindness and support. I loved this place.โ
โVery good room. Spacious bathroom. Short distance from airport. Calling cabs in the morning results in many cancellations or exorbitant pricing. It is better to hail a cab. โ

โWe stayed here one night in between Lucca and Venice. We had a pleasant stay. The staff at the reception were really friendly and helpful. They promptly responded to messages and kindly let us store baggage for a day free of charge. โ
