“Hotel Gombit has a great location, but, more that, the hotel room was spacious, with ample shower space, elegantly decorated, and with the most comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and breakfast was great. It is a short walk from restaurants, shopping, and the fernicular. “Ginevra rooms is beautiful! We loved the watch theme and got to stay in the cartier room, of which there was a hige cartier watch on the wall behind the bed. “Wow. This hotel is a converted convent/ monastery and is amazing. The original features such as frescoed ceilings have been preserved when the hotel was created. Rooms were modern and very comfortable and quiet. Area is one of the nicest in the low town of Bergamo. Breakfast is served in an inner courtyard (if you want to sit outside) with bells regularly ringing from attached church.”
